Crane InstallationSupply and installation of a 10-ton double girder overhead bridge crane with R&M end trucks and hoist, full runway system, and custom pendant station. Project included structural engineering review and load testing.
Crane InstallationDesign and installation of a three-bay crane runway system for a steel fabrication facility. Included two 5-ton and one 15-ton overhead cranes, all with Detroit Hoist end trucks and radio remote controls.
Inspection & ComplianceInspections, certification and repairs as we go to keep the areas largest energy producer running without hiccups. Annual inspections with quarterly PM's and repairs.
Monorail & JibSupply and installation of a 200-ft enclosed track system with two Kito electric chain hoists. System designed to integrate with existing conveyor layout and improve throughput.
Crane InstallationCustom-engineered freestanding gantry crane for outdoor yard use. 3 ton capacity and a R&M wire rope hoist and trolley.
Controls & ElectrificationFull replacement of aging pendant and control panel systems across a fleet of six cranes. Custom-designed panels with updated contactors, overloads, and festooning. Minimal production downtime.
